Topics on the Test

Competitors will be evaluated on:

  • Physical Health — topics affecting normal body function, e.g., public sanitation

  • Mental Health — psychological and emotional well-being, e.g., depression, brain health, addictive behavior

  • Environmental Health — environmental factors affecting health, e.g., pollution, sustainable energy, climate change

  • Societal Health — non-medical factors affecting health outcomes, e.g., poverty, education imbalance, adolescent health

  • Research & Evidence-Based Practice — gathering reliable sources and using them effectively

  • Publicity & Outreach — documenting campaign promotion (flyers, social media, articles, etc.)

  • Measurable Impact — documenting number of people impacted by the campaign

(Round One instructions: Present campaign using the portfolio; time monitored by timekeeper; notes allowed; portfolio only may be shown to judges.)
